Nisha has held a range of computing and financial positions in a career spanning 30 years with Trilogy Business Services, Aspect Computing, Sydney Water, St. Vincent’s Health Australia,

and Rural Fire Services in Sydney. She has led a few medium—to large projects in Australia and Southeast Asia.

She is also passionate about empowering and inspiring professional women in Business and frequently researches this topic

She holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Master of Management from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from NIBM-Sri Lanka. She is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (UK) and the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia). She published her first book, Break Free with Property, in 2019 and is finalizing her third book, Shine from Within.
